So I stayed here for 15 nights and wow, what a mess! The staff was just plain rude, and we even got locked out on New Year's Eve. We were too scared to leave the room. Called for a new key card and Margaret at the front desk was super unhelpful. Seriously, save your money and stay somewhere else.

We enjoyed our stay at a budget-friendly suite that's perfect for families. The staff was super friendly, and we loved exploring the heart of Odessa, a quick 5-minute drive to Music City Mall, where the kids had a blast shopping.
